Centered Riding
In 1988, Sandy also began her studies with Sally Swift, founder of Centered Riding and quickly became a certified Centered Riding Instructor, Level 2.

Sandy now incorporates the principles of centering and grounding techniques drawn from Centered Riding along with the principles of martial arts, body awareness, imagery and sports psychology into all of her work with people, horses, riders, dog, cat, horse handlers and entrepreneurs.
These powerful methods facilitate a balanced, free and coordinated use of self in relation with other animals, people, and all situations in life for the ups and downs of everyday living.
More about Sandy’s background
As a young teenager, Sandy began training horses when owners asked her to start riding their horses for exercise and training. She had an intuitive knack for bringing out the best in even the most difficult and often dangerous horses.
Tellington TTouch
Since 1988, Sandy has studied and trained extensively with Linda Tellington-Jones, linda’s sister Robyn Hood and other brilliant TTouch Instructors. She adored the work as she quickly saw the extraordinary transformations first with her own horse Ibis. She became a certified Practitioner. She began integrating these methods into all of her horse training and immediately began teaching her riding students new methods they could incorporate with their own horses. Everyone saw the immediate changes possible.
This was her opening into seeing horses, and all animals from a different, more holistic perspective.
Tellington TTouch is a specialized approach to wellness support and training with animals that is for people, domestic and zoo animals.
Used around the globe, this unique method is based on cooperation and respect and offers a positive approach to training, performance and wellness.
Sandy has worked extensively with dogs, cats and horses. She has also had the honor of working with many other species like ferrets, pigs, goats, sheep, zebra, snakes, birds, fish, giraffe, and elephants.
In 1997, she began Tellington TTouch Training with dogs, cats, bunnies and other species and became a certified Practitioner with companion animals in 2004.
After hosting Linda Tellington-Jones for several TTouch-for-You workshops and loving the application of the work with people, she and Linda began creating an online version.
From 2019 -2022, Sandy, Linda and Elinor Silverstein created and taught 6 Ttouch-For-You online programs. They had over 600 people join in this in-depth on-line learning experiences with people from all over the world.

Energy Healing Medicine
In 1995, she graduated from the 4 year professional training program The Barbara Brennan School (BBSH) a global healing institute dedicated to the evolution of the human spirit. She was a student from 1991-1995.
As a faculty member, she taught at BBSH from 1995 - 2001 leading groups in learning Healing Science Techniques, life changing personal transformation, spiritual growth and accessing higher realms through high sense perception.
She has continued leading groups and teaching with BBSH as visiting alumni & faculty with classes on energy healing, connection, communication and transformation with animals and people.
This four year professional training program in healing and human consciousness is the world’s premier institute of hands-on energy healing and personal transformation for 40 years.

The specialized form of holistic support taught at BBSH is a hands-on system that works with an individual’s energy field, chakras, and consciousness system to support and enhance physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness and balance with depth, skill and care.
Sandy has been a pioneer in translating this system of in depth work of Brennan Healing Science waitpeople into a highly developed body of work with animals of all speciesi for behavior and wellness. She incorporates many leading edge holistic modalities and created the One Heart & Soul Methods to deepen and support in integrated transformational wellness journey for yourselves and beloved animals.
She works remotely over the phone, online in 1:1 privates, classes and groups, as well as in person privately and in 1:1 transformational immersions in person and in her innovative retreats.
Sandy has extensive training and experience in supporting animals from birth to end-of-life and hospice care along with the transformations needed for the animal’s people as well for over 35 years.
Animal Communication
Sandy was highly intuitive with animals always finding ways to bring out the truest and best aspects of them.
In the late 1980’s Sandy began studying and practicing animal communication with Penelope Smith, Jeri Ryan and Patty Summers. Her main focus initially was to better understand her horse Ibis. She found her growing skills in animal communication to be extremely beneficial in her training horses, teaching riding, and in her private healing practice with all animals.
She began receiving messages and information with the animals that were highly attuned, accurate and of great service in sessions in helping people to better understand their animals.
After being encouraged by her mentor for several years to say she was communicating with animals, in 2004 Sandy formerly added Animal Communication for clients.
Clients and friends insisted she teach them to also communicate with animals, in 2009, she developed the first Animal Communication Program to teach people the methods she had been developing. Her horse Ibis was instrumental in teaching her and continues to be an integral part of teaching each course.
Over the past 35 years, Sandy has developed hundreds of classes and programs to assist people in deepening their connections and communication with animals, teaching Tellington TTouch, and other holistic modalities so people can find ever deepening sense of empowerment for caring and connecting with their beloved animals.
All of Sandy’s training has been tuned to listening to this universal, multidimensional language of sensory information with humans, energy fields, nature, animals and conscious awareness on all levels.
All species communicate through a universal language and consciousness that can be tapped into through our heart and multidimensional sensory system.
Business Soul Coaching
Sandy has expanded into business coaching from a heart and soul perspective.
She became a Certified Coach in Money Breakthrough Method® in 2014, a certified Sacred Money Archetypes® Coach in 2015, and in 2016, she became a Certified Money, Marketing & Soul® Coach.
She integrates her extensive healing background into her coaching for those in animal care professions, and a wide range of entrepreneurs seeking to deepen and develop their businesses, moving through blocks, streamlining their business offerings, and developing new soul connected strategies to feel more empowered, soul aligned and successful in their lives, relationships and business paths.
Akashic Records Healing Consultant
From 2019 - 2022 Sandy completed additional training to access the Akashic Records for People, Animals and the Soul of Businesses. This has added great clarity, depth and unsurpassed healing to Sandy’s already extensive training and repertoire.
In 2024 she will begin Teacher training to teach others in accessing their own Akashic Records.
