For Full Payment:
If you cancel before December 10, 2024, 50% of the deposit is refundable ($500) with a full refund of the balance of any registration amount paid and cleared by the bank.

Empowerment Payment Option
If you are using the payment option and you cancel before December 10, then 50% of the deposit is refundable ($500) with a full refund of the balance of any registration amount paid and cleared by the bank before December 10. After this is completed and confirmed, then your future payments for this retreat will be cancelled.   If cancellation occurs on December 10 or after, there are no refunds at all, and you are still responsible for your payments.

Transferring payments
No Payments are transferable to other classes, programs or retreats.

Trip Cancellation Insurance - this is not included
Trip cancellation Insurance is highly encouraged for you to purchase separately.  There are many options providing trip cancellation insurance.  Please check their policies carefully.

To Cancel your Registration
If you want to cancel your registration, this must be emailed prior to December 10, 2023 to Sandy Rakowitz, along with a verbal phone call direct to Sandy must be received this is to ensure that your notification is received.  Receipt received of cancellation must be confirmed by Sandy.  This must be received prior to December 10, 2023.
