Cancellation & Refund Policies - please read carefully.
Registration with payment is your agreement to these policies.

For Full Payment:
If you cancel before July 1, 2024, 50% of the deposit is refundable ($250) with a full refund of the balance of any registration amount paid and cleared by the bank. After July 1, 2024 there are no refunds at all.

Empowerment Payment Option
If you are using the payment option and you cancel before July 1, 2024 then 50% of the deposit is refundable ($250) with a full refund of the balance of any registration amount paid and cleared by the bank before July 1, 2024. After this is completed and confirmed, then your future payments for this retreat will be cancelled.  

If cancellation occurs on July 1 or after, there are no refunds at all, and you are still responsible for your payments.

Transferring payments
No Payments are transferable to other classes, programs or retreats. This is due to the monies being paid to the Sanctuary and other overhead costs.

Trip Cancellation Insurance - this is not included
Trip cancellation Insurance is highly encouraged for you to purchase separately.  There are many options providing trip cancellation insurance.  Please check their policies carefully.
